Welcoming the new members on Saturday, ADC State Chairman Alhaji Tijjani Mustapha stated: “To our 10,000 decampees from the Labour Party, we welcome you with open arms to the ADC family. Your decision to join us is a testament to our shared vision for a better Kaduna State and Nigeria, and we are excited to have you on board.”

He further emphasized that their inclusion in the party represents a significant step toward fostering positive democratic change in Kaduna State and the country as a whole.

The party’s state chairman also introduced Alexander Igoji Adamu who expressed gratitude to ADC for warmly welcoming them. He emphasized that the party’s acceptance demonstrated its dedication to inclusivity and diversity.

Adamu stated:

“Our decision to join the ADC is a reflection of our shared desire for a better Nigeria, where transparency, accountability, and good governance reign supreme.”

He also thanked the ADC for selecting him as its candidate for the House of Representatives by election in the Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency.

Encouraging unity, Adamu stated:

“As we embark on this new journey, let us remember that our collective goal is to build a Nigeria that works for all its citizens—a Nigeria where every individual has access to quality education, healthcare, and economic opportunities.”
