Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, former governor of Kano State, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).
Abdullahi Umar Ganduje appointment comes just days after he stepped down as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The announcement was made during the official inauguration ceremony of newly appointed FAAN board members held in Abuja.

Abdullahi Umar Ganduje resigned from his position as National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) last week, citing urgent and personal reasons.
He has since been succeeded by Ali Bukar Dalori as the new APC National Chairman.
