The Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) in charge of Zone 3 Headquarters, Yola, AIG Akinwale Adeniran, has decorated 22 newly promoted junior officers under his command

The ceremony, held at the AIG’s office at the Zone 3 headquarters, was attended by senior police officials, family members, friends, and well-wishers.
According to AIG Adeniran, the promotions were approved by the Inspector General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun.
He praised the officers for earning their promotions through sheer determination and performance.
“This promotion is a reward for your hard work and loyalty to the Force. But it is also a call to greater responsibility. The higher you rise, the more you owe to the people you serve. Remain humble, disciplined, and uphold the dignity of the Nigeria Police Force,” he told the officers.
He further encouraged the newly promoted officers to embrace the leadership expectations that come with their ranks and continue to be role models both within the force and in the wider society.
