Lady cries out as Anambra deputy gov, uncle completely seal off entry and exit of her father’s compound

A lady has called out her oppressive uncle while seeking for justice and help from the Anambra state government after her uncle who shared some affiliation with the state’s deputy governor allegedly connived with him to seal of their compound completely.

In a disturbing video shared on the X handle, @ General_ Somto, the entrance gate of the compound was seen blocked with a complete cement fence preventing movement in and out of the compound.

The tweet read, ” Look at what my uncle and Anambra state deputy governor did to my father’s house. We can’t go out and come in. Please Anambra state govt @CCSoludo should come to our rescue”

According to reports, the lady’s father had opened up an entrance through the said uncle’s land while he was abroad and upon return, he sealed up the gates preventing any form of access.

While other users have responded to this and condemning the lady for calling on God rather than taking action against the uncle, a concerned user threw more light on the situation.

“In Igbo culture, when your property is bounded by all sides by other people’s lands, you take a keg of drink to the owner and ask for a permanent path through their land and, if your request is not granted, the kinsmen then come in and resolve the issue.
He was abroad, now that he’s back, go home, let your father plead with him if he’s as peaceful as he claims,” the user explained.
