Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, a leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has urged Governor Siminalayi Fubara to fire every Sole Administrator appointed in the last six months.
Following a heavily criticised six-month suspension by President Bola Tinubu, the governor made his way back to the Rivers State Government House on Friday.

Even though Fubara’s suspension drew a lot of criticism, it remained in effect for the six months that the president had specified, and the governor returned on Friday, one day after the sole administrator had departed Government House.

Eze, a former National Publicity Secretary of the now-defunct New People’s Democratic Party, or NPDP, stated that Governor Fubara should not collaborate with Ibok-Ette Ibas’s selections during this six-month period.

Eze stated that, despite Nyesom Wike’s vow to refrain from such a diabolical deed, he “expects the Governor to sack all the appointees of the illegal Sole Administrators and ensure that nobody imposes anybody on him as his Commissioner or aide.”
“And for peace to reign, all members of the State Assembly that either resigned or worked with Sim Fubara must be reabsorbed by the State Assembly.”

Additionally, Eze urged Tinubu to guarantee Fubara’s safety.
According to Eze, the Rivers state governor has to be reassured that no impeachment action will expose him to more humiliation from the members of the State Assembly.
If this isn’t done, he said, the governor should use all of his authority as the Rivers executive governor.
