Ex BBNaija Winner, Ilebaye Badly Assaulted By Father, Cries For Help On Live Stream

Ilebaye Odiniya, the Big Brother Naija All Stars winner, sparked concern online on Friday, May 9, after posting a video in which she appeared distressed and called for help.

In a now viral clip, the reality TV star, was seen crying and pleading for assistance after allegedly being battered by her father.

She also had noticeable facial puffiness and swollen eyes. Meanwhile, a shirtless man stood above her and tried to hit her as she cried for help.

Ilebaye reportedly went to see her brothers at their family home before her birthday celebration today, before things took a sour turn and got violent.

Additionally, sources attest to the fact that Ilebaye’s parents formally separated in 2024, verifying that she currently lives independently.

Her father is Hon. Emmanuel Godson Odiniya, an Abuja-based politician, previously taught Physical and Health Education at Government Secondary School, Alloma Ofu, in Kogi State.

However, the cause of the said incident involving the reality tv star and her father is still unknown as of the filing of this story.

The reality TV star previously participated in the BBNaija 2022 edition before going on to win the BBNaija’s 2023 All Stars.

BBN Tacha Reacts

Responding to the incident, BBNaija’s Tacha, in a video on her Instagram story, urged residents in Abuja to help her lead the police to Ilebaye’s house to rescue her.

She said, “I really just want to know who is in Abuja right now, that can take the police to Ilebaye’s house. Ilebaye’s face has been ruined. I don’t even know who did it but from the video I have seen they are really brutal.”
