Job Summary

The ASM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key dealer/distributor relationships, and overseeing retail execution within their territory. The role involves ensuring the availability, visibility, and sell-through of the company’s consumer electronics products.

Key Responsibilities:

– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Manage distributor and dealer relationships.
– Implement sales promotions and in-store activities.
– Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
– Recruit, train, and supervise field sales representatives.
– Prepare and present periodic sales reports.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in electronics preferred.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Familiarity with assigned territory.
