Victory for Farotimi as Court Grants N50M Bail
An Ado Ekiti Federal High court has granted Dele Farotimi, who is a human right activist, 50 Million bail with one surety.
The court on Monday. December 8, 2024 asked that surety be provided and the surety must provide evidence of two years tax clearance, landed documents and a letter of authorization from the telecommunication operator.
The court also adjourned the case to to January 29, 2025
