Rotimi Amaechi, a former minister of transport, hass made a very shocking disclosure asserting that Peter Obi, a candidate for the Labour Party’s (LP) 2023 presidential election, had won Rivers State.
Amaechi stated this while speaking during an X Space discussion on Saturday.

“I can agree with you to some extent that Peter Obi won Rivers State.
“But I don’t know how the results were changed,” Amaechi said.

Amaechi’s remarks provide the dispute around the results of the election in February 2023 still another dimension.
President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress, or APC, was declared the victor by the Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC.

According to INEC, the Labour Party received 175,071 votes in Rivers State, while the APC received 231,591 votes.
While the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, finished third with 88,468 votes.
