Skales thanks his former record label boss, Banky W, for funding his Education.
Nigerian singer Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, popularly known as Skales, has expressed his gratitude to his former record label boss Bankole Wellington known as Banky W, for sponsoring his University education.
The hitmaker took to his X account on Thursday to thank Banky W after receiving his University certificate.
Sharing a copy of his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration on X, he mentioned that although he graduated years ago, he only recently received his certificate.
He dedicated his certificate to his late mother.
he shared his excitement, saying:
‘‘Aye my bsc showed up after many years of graduation!
“This is for my mother and thank you to @BankyW for sponsoring the boy through school.”
He signed a record deal with Banky W’s Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) in 2009 and remained with he label until his contract ended in 2014.
It is believed that Banky W enrolled both Skales ad Wizkid, at Lead City University. However, Wizkid later dropped out to focus on his music career.
