United States President, Donald Trump, has said that Iran has finally agreed to one of the most difficult terms in the negotiations to end the ongoing war.
Trump expressed confidence that an agreement could be reached to end the Iran war soon.

The US president also urged the Tehran-aligned Hezbollah group to hold its fire as a 10-day truce went in to effect between Lebanon and Israel.
Trump added that Iran has agreed to return its uranium and to refrain from possessing nuclear weapons for a period exceeding 20 years.
He added that the situation in Iran is progressing “smoothly” and that it “ought to be coming to an end shortly.”
Trump further stated that an extension of a two-week ceasefire was possible but might not be necessary because Tehran desired a deal.
He however said that Trump said the next meeting between the United States and Iran could take place at the weekend.
While addressing supporters in Las Vegas, he said “We’re going to see what happens.
But I think we’re very close to making a deal with Iran,” he told reporters outside the White House,
He also added that “if an agreement was reached and signed in the Pakistani capital Islamabad, he may go there for the occasion.”
Additionally, he said the war “should be ending pretty soon”.

Meanwhile, a Pakistani source involved in mediating process between the U.S. and Iran told Reuters on Friday there was progress in backdoor diplomacy
The source added that an upcoming meeting between the two sides could result in the signing of an agreement.
