Wike assures Tinubu: No issues in FCT.
President Bola Tinubu has named a major road in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) after Nobel Laureate, Prof. Wole Soyinka, in recognition of his contributions to Nigeria. Tinubu announced this during the commissioning of the N 20 arterial road in Abuja. FCT Minister Wike assured Tinubu of future election victories in the FCT, praising his fulfillment of promises to residents. The road project, completed within nine months, was awarded for N30.6 billion in 2020. Wike suggested naming the road after Soyinka, emphasizing the importance of celebrating living contributors to Nigeria’s progress.
