Former manager of Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, better known by his stage as 2face, Kaka Igbokwe has stated that the singer was detained in London, UK, after a furious confrontation with his pregnant wife, Natasha Osawaru.
On October 2, 2025, 2face was supposed to perform in the UK with his new wife, but he did not show up.
2Faces’s absence coincided with reports that he had been arrested following an altercation at the airport with his wife Natasha, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly.
Kaka, who is the son of the late Nigerian music legend, Christy Essien-Igbokwe, revealed the incident while making an appearance on Daddy Freeze’s Instagram Live session, yesterday evening.
In his words, “everything you heard about the couple’s face-off was true.”
Narrating how the argument happened, Kaka who was part of the London team, and was on the same aircraft with them, said Natasha got unhappy when she believed 2face abandoned her after they landed at the airport and went away with admirers who ushered him into a shop.

However, when 2Face realized that Natasha was left behind, he hurriedly ran back to her as she lashed out at him, leading to his arrest.
Additionally, Kaka revealed more shocking information about Natasha, 2face’s new lover. The former manager, stated in the widely shared livestream that 2Baba’s wife, Natasha Osawaru, is “under the influence of drugs” and that she is in charge of the singer’s personal and professional life. He said that 2Baba informed him that he married Natasha because he was down and had nothing, portraying himself as a househusband in the marriage.
He further said that Natasha interferes excessively in the singer’s career decisions. One major example he referenced was 2Baba’s purported plans for a collaboration with rapper ODUMODUBLVCK. He asserted that everything had been planned and approved up until Natasha apparently put an end to it, claiming that the singer was taking his music career too seriously.
He also added that the same thing happened when singer Spyro reached out to 2baba for a collaboration. He revealed they found out someone restricted Spyro on 2baba’s IG, and he couldn’t reach out to his senior colleague.
