VDM exposes Tinubu administration after being given N2M bail, showing the faces of nearly 20 children imprisoned for displaying the Russian flag (Video)
Popular Nigerian activist VeryDarkMan, often known as VDM, has exposed the Tinubu government by revealing the faces of nearly 20 children imprisoned for parading Russian flags.
VDM, who was released after being given N2M bail by the court for wearing an unapproved police uniform, took to his verified Instagram profile today, November 1st, 2024, to reveal what he observed while in custody in Abuja after one night.
Recall that in August 2024, some demonstrators in Kano and Kaduna states, both in Nigeria’s northwest region, were spotted waving and swapping Russian flags on the streets.
The protest against the Tinubu government was motivated by the country’s ongoing suffering, which has caused citizens to live in abject poverty as they struggle to make ends meet.
VDM stated that he was on his way out to urinate when he learned that 20 children under the age of 15 had been charged with treason for flashing Russian flags during the protest.
According to VDM, the current administration, led by Tinubu, is brutal, and the president should grant them freedom.
He accompanied the video with the caption: “I am currently at the federal high court as we speak witnessing the craziest thing ever @officialasiwajubat how will your government ever charge kids with treason like wtf is going on, I woke up today in my cell room and when I stepped out to urinate I noticed I was locked up with more than 20 kids who are all under 15 years old, to make matters worse they have been in detention for 93 days, this is not fair on all levels @officialasiw
