Saudi club, Al Hilal make €70m bid for Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen
Saudi club Al Hilal has officially offered €70 million to Napoli for the transfer of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano shared this news on Thursday evening through a post on his official X account. He stated, “Al Hilal has submitted an official bid to Napoli for Victor Osimhen, who is their top target. The offer includes a €65 million fixed fee plus €5 million in add-ons. The decision now rests with Napoli.”
Romano also mentioned that Al Hilal had been in discussions with Osimhen regarding salary and personal terms. Earlier on Wednesday, he reported that Osimhen was on Al Hilal’s radar as a potential new striker, and that his €75 million release clause was not an obstacle.
Additionally, the report indicated that Al Hilal is prepared to offer the Nigerian striker a salary of €30 million per year.
Osimhen, currently on loan from Napoli, had an impressive season at Galatasaray in the Super Lig, scoring 25 goals and providing five assists in 29 matches. He is expected to return to Napoli this summer, where his contract runs until 2026.
