Fun moment goes south as 3 ladies assaulted in Portharcourt nightclub
Three ladies have taken to social media to share a horrible experience at a port harcourt nightclub identified as Blackbox, further accusing a man of physically assaulting them during a night out at a nightclub, leaving one with a bloodied head, another with a broken tooth, and the third allegedly stripped and thrown down a staircase.
In a now viral clip the incident which allegedly happened at the Black Box nightclub sparked reactions on social media.

In one video, the women said that the man accosted them and accused them of recording him without permission despite the fact him sitting at the table they had reserved in the club to celebrate a friend’s birthday.
“Now the only thing we did wrong is to go out as girls. That’s the only thing we did wrong. So is every girl in Nigeria a prostitute?” one of the girls said, showing visible injuries to her scalp, which she said were caused by a bottle allegedly smashed on her head during the altercation.
It was gathered that while the ladies were being assaulted, the owner and management of the Blackbox nightclub did nothing to salvage the incident
One of the victims claimed that after paying to reserve a table, they were seated when the man and his security guards pushed them out of their seat.
“He said if they born me well, I should sit in the seat I paid for,” she said.
She added, “This man and his friends started breaking bottles. Injured my friend, they broke her head. She was bleeding so badly. The other of my friend they broke her teeth. One of her teeth was like it had gone off.

“Me myself they pushed me downstairs. Stripped me off, stripped me naked. Like beating me mercilessly. As if I was one that stole something. All because he came with a MOPOL. He came with bodyguards or whatsoever.”
In the video, the third woman, who was clearly missing a front teeth, urged human rights organisations to step in.
The women claimed that the man in question was a frequent patron of the club and had been charged with similar offences in the past.
Further inquiry by NaijaEyes correspondent has identified the said man who allegedly assaulted the ladies as one Maduba Christian Okechi who was also identified as the owner of Ceemore luxury apartments in Port Harcourt.
Reacting to the incident on Friday, the Rivers State Police Command said it had invited the club’s manager and the alleged suspect for investigation.
