Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations across the North Central and South West regions. The role involves strategic planning, team management, territory oversight, and achieving sales targets across multiple territories and teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for the North Central and South West regions
Supervise Store and Area Managers across multiple cities
Drive performance and monitor team KPIs and ROI
Forecast and report on regional sales and budgets
Coordinate inter-regional promotions and product launches
Lead hiring, training, and onboarding of sales staff in the regions
Analyze market trends and customer needs in both territories
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure proper execution of strategies
Visit locations regularly to support teams and resolve challenges
Ensure compliance with all SOPs and sales protocols

Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5–7 years’ experience in FMCG sales with multi-territory leadership
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with SAP systems
Availability to travel between regions frequently
