🎯 CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT-
SALARY: 80,000
• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp & Instagram
• Process orders and assist with product information
• Must be social media savvy
• Must work from our location – NOT remote
📊 OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
SALARY: 70,000
• Update inventory software (Bumpa) with sales data
• Take stock counts with store assistant
• Assist walk-in customers when needed
• Maintain accurate product records
• No prior Bumpa experience needed – we’ll teach you! Just be tech-savvy
Requirements:
• Available during business hours
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Tech-savvy (can learn new software easily)
