It has been reported that the Federal Internal Revenue Service (FIRS) headquarters in Wuse, Abuja is currently engulfed in flames today Saturday December 20, 2025.
As at the time of filing this report, the cause of the fire remains unknown and there has been no official statement from the commission’s authorities concerning the fire incident.
No casualties or fatalities have also been reported following the fire however, the extent of damage remains unsure.
In a short clip that was shared on social media, the fct fire service opeartives were sighted arriving the scene in an attempt to contain the fire.
