HRLeverage Africa, the workforce management company, is recruiting for Sales Managers on behalf of its client, an entrepreneur with one of Samsung’s major distributors in Nigeria. The company offers customers the opportunity to own Samsung phones through flexible payment plans, allowing installment payments weekly or monthly.
Job Title: Sales Manager – Samsung Phone Sales
As part of the national sales expansion project, we seek highly experienced and strategic Sales Managers to lead business growth, manage high-performing teams, and ensure consistent target achievement across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Recruit, lead, and supervise Team Leads and Sales Supervisors across assigned regions.
•Oversee the entire sales process and ensure business objectives are met.
•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market expansion.
•Monitor performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare periodic reports.
•Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high performance.
•Represent the company brand with excellence and integrity in all engagements.
Requirements:
•Minimum of HND / B.Sc / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
•Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in mobile device or FMCG distribution.
•Strong strategic thinking and people management skills.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development abilities.
•Demonstrated experience managing large teams and achieving ambitious targets.
