Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.
- Maintain and update account records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop referral networks and explore alternate channels to enhance customer acquisition.
- Cross-sell products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain trust relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.
- Ensure compliance with lending laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Marketing our various products.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of an SSCE, HND, and B.Sc Degree
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in Abuja.
