Burna Boy’s mother and manager, Bose Ogulu, has urged the singer to consider settling down and starting a family.
She made the remark while celebrating Burna Boy’s 35th birthday alongside close friends and family on July 2.
In a video from the celebration shared on Snapchat by one of Burna Boy’s associates, Richie 7, Bose Ogulu encouraged her son to include finding a good wife and having children as part of his birthday wishes.
During the moment, Burna Boy wished for good health and prosperity, after which his mother playfully suggested he add “a good wife and children” to the list.
The singer had previously revealed in an interview that he remains unmarried and without children because he currently does not have the time to fully commit to family life.
According to Burna Boy, he does not want to have children outside marriage or be absent in their lives, explaining that his demanding career as a musician has made it difficult to take on such responsibilities at this stage.
