Brymo claims 2Baba questioned Annie over alleged affair with him [VIDEO]

Nigerian singer Brymo has claimed that fellow music star 2Baba once asked his then-wife, Annie Macaulay, whether she had ever been intimate with him.

The controversial artiste made the revelation while admitting that he had previously been involved with some married women.

Speaking during a recent appearance on the NotJustOk podcast, Brymo advised younger musicians against having affairs with married women, warning that such relationships could have dangerous consequences.

Recalling one of his experiences, Brymo alleged that in 2019, during a meeting at Naomi’s office in Lekki Phase 1, 2Baba looked at Annie and asked in his presence if she had ever slept with him.

“I remember that moment in 2019 at Naomi’s office in Lekki Phase 1 when 2Face looked me straight in the eyes and asked, ‘Annie, you don f**k Brymo?’ I’ll never forget it. I’m wicked, you people don’t know me. I met quite a number of older women who were truly married, but they would tell me they were separated from their husbands. This goes to younger artistes—stop sleeping with people’s wives. They will cut your life short,” he said.

As of the time of this report, neither Annie Macaulay nor 2Baba has publicly reacted to Brymo’s claims.

Recall that Brymo stirred controversy in 2023 after revealing during an interview that he had propositioned several female colleagues, including singer Simi and Ghanaian artiste Efya, offering intimacy in exchange for musical collaborations.

Brymo has been involved in several public controversies over the years due to his outspoken comments during interviews and on social media. The singer has often made headlines for discussing his personal life, relationships, and interactions with fellow entertainers. Meanwhile, 2Baba and Annie Macaulay officially ended their marriage earlier this year after months of speculation about challenges in their relationship, with the separation drawing widespread public attention.
