Nigerian content creators, Habeeb Hamzat, and Amadou Elizabeth, widely known as Jarvis and Peller, have shared their pre-wedding photographs ahead of their highly anticipated wedding scheduled for August 1.

The duo shared the photos on Instagram on Wednesday with the caption, “These are more than just pictures—they’re memories before the big day.

“Our hearts are full, our smiles are real, and we’re counting down to forever. See you at the wedding.”

Since its announcement, the wedding has continued to cause across social media. Despite their popularity, the couple have also remained polarising figures in the digital space.

While many supporters celebrate their relationship and describe them as one of Nigeria’s favourite influencer couples, critics have often questioned the authenticity of their romance, arguing that some of their public moments are carefully curated to generate engagement.

‘If you cheat, you die’

Peller and Jarvis have opened up about a spiritual covenant they believe binds their relationship.

Jarvis and Peller revealed that unfaithfulness by either partner would result in death, asserting that the spiritual consequence was divinely ordained.

The couple made the remarks during an episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast released on Monday, just weeks ahead of their planned wedding on August 1.

When asked if Peller had ever cheated on her, Jarvis answered, ”No.”

Peller on his part, when asked Peller, answered with a question, “Why would I cheat on her?”

Jarvis said, “If you cheat, you die. It’s the rule of the relationship. Things will not go well for the person. Because we are in a commitment. The fact that we pray together. God is involved. And you now go and cheat. Will God sit down and be looking at you. I will swear for you.”

Additionally, She reaffirmed that the solemn oath governing their relationship stays active, adding, “The level of trust and commitment is already established. That is exactly why I warned him that cheating would cost him his life.”
