Elon Musk, America’s tech billionaire has disclosed that his detractors want him assassinated because he is combating fraud.
He revealed this during a Fox News interview, which he then uploaded on his X account.
Following riots against Musk and President Donald Trump that shook American streets on April 5, 2025, he made these remarks.
Musk reacted by saying that he and Tesla are being targeted because he is putting an end to what he called “terrible waste and corruption in government.”
He said, “They basically want to kill me because I’m stopping their fraud. And they want to hurt Tesla because we’re stopping this terrible waste and corruption in the government,”
“I guess they’re bad people, and bad people will do bad things.”
The Tech billionaire, an advisor to President Trump and head of the Department of Government Efficiency, has conducted a number of investigations in federal departments and agencies, such as USAID, Education, Health, Defense, and the Treasury Department, in an effort to reduce the cost of governance.
