A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Gbenga Olawepo Hashim, has stated that President Bola Tinubu is well awrae that the All Progressives Congress(APC), cannot score 20 per cent if the 2027 elections would be free and fair.
This was stated by Olawepo Hashim in a live interview on “Sunday Politics,” a Channels Television program.
Speaking about the upcoming general elections in 2027, he emphasised that the APC has more problems than the PDP.
“If the opposition is dead and buried as they claimed, why then are they afraid of the next year’s general elections?
“All the internet or data boys praise President Tinubu as a strategist. He has done the polls, and he knows that in a free and fair election today, the APC cannot score 20 per cent of the vote.
“Even in the same APC, they know who are ready to bite them in the back. And I can tell you that they have more issues than the PDP,” he said.
