Plane with 62 passengers crashes and bursts into flames in Brazil.

A tragic incident occurred in São Paulo, Brazil, where a Voepass passenger plane carrying 62 people, including 58 passengers and 4 crew members, crashed into a residential area. The aircraft was en route from Cascavel in Paraná state to Guarulhos in São Paulo when it went down in the municipality of Vinhedo.

Videos circulating on social media show the plane descending rapidly before crashing, followed by footage of large flames and billowing smoke at the crash site. Local authorities have confirmed that there were no survivors.

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva acknowledged the disaster during a public event, stating that all passengers and crew members had perished, though he did not provide the source of this information. He also led a moment of silence to honor the victims.

The cause of the crash remains unknown, and Voepass has yet to offer any explanation for the tragedy.
