African-American music icon Rihanna, known for making a big impression at Met Galas, did not hesitate to make heads turn on Monday, as she made a stunning appearance, revealing to the world that she is expecting her third child with rapper A$AP Rocky.
There had previously been speculations about Rihanna expecting her third child before her grand entrance at the Met Gala night.
She embraced the black dandy motif of the gala in an image posted to Instagram by photographer Miles Diggs. She rocked a black cloche hat, knee-high boots, a fur stole, and a fitting grey Miu Miu blouse and skirt, which showed off her baby bump.
On the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, reporters congratulated her after her long-time partner A$AP Rocky, who was also a co-chair of the event, verified the news.
Recall that in 2023, Rihanna revealed her pregnancy in a similarly high-profile manner during her performance at the Super Bowl halftime show. Later that year, before giving birth, she attended the Met Gala.
The singer 37 and her partner A$AP Rocky, are parents to two boys, Riot born in August 2023, and RZA, born in May 2022.
