Spyro responds to the allegations of being Nengi’s child’s father.

Nigerian singer Oludipe Oluwasanmi David popularly known as Spyro has reacted to speculations linking him to be the father of reality TV star Nengi Rebecca Hampson’s newborn daughter.

Spyro who had previously expressed his admiration for Nengi, recently shared  a photo of her on Instagram page congratulating her on the birth of her child. However his post fueled speculations that he might be the father of the child.

Addressing the rumors in his Instagram story on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

Spyro says:

Nigerians, very ignorant set. Exactly why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer… But then again, what do I even know? Congratulations again, my Nengs.”

Recall that the reality TV star took to her Instagram page to announce the arrival of her newborn baby.

Recently, she became the center of a controversy with rumours alleging that she was pregnant for the Governor of Bayelsa State, a 65-year-old governor with four wives.
