A female student of the University of Port Harcourt, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Chemistry, has made headlines after she was caught cheating in an exam, leading to a dramatic scene.
According to reports, the student was caught red-handed by her lecturer, who seized her phone. In a video circulating social media the student, visibly distraught was seen in tears, begging the lecturer for forgiveness.
The student followed the lecturer to the car park, kneeling and pleading for mercy. However, the lecturer alleged that when he caught her cheating, instead of apologizing, the student initially insulted him.
In the video, the student can be heard saying, “Please sir, it is my mistake, yes I agree.”
Onlookers at the scene blamed the student for cheating, with some urging her to keep apologizing , saying “Make sure you beg him very well.”
Others attempted to intervene on her behalf by joining in to please with the student.
