BBNaija’s Whitemoney claims no Nigerian musician, including Davido and Wizkid, can match his talent.
Whitemoney, the former Big Brother Naija contestant turned musician and businessman, boldly asserted his dominance in the music industry during a recent interview with his colleague, Doyin.
In his conversation, he expressed confidence in his unique sound, claiming that no other artist can match his talents. He emphasized his independence from the norms of the industry, stating that he doesn’t seek validation from his peers.
Whitemoney declared himself as a trailblazer, creating his own genre of music and positioning himself as the “big 1” in the industry. Despite the success of artists like Wizkid and Davido, he asserted that his music stands apart and is unmatched in its depth and intentionality.
Furthermore, he revealed his ambitions beyond being just an artist, expressing his plans to establish his own record label in the future.
Whitemoney’s journey into the music industry began after his notable appearance on Big Brother Naija Season 6, where he won a significant grand prize. Since then, he has released several songs, including “Selense,” “Oyoyo,” and “Na we-we.”
While his music has yet to receive nominations or awards, Whitemoney remains undeterred in his belief in his own talent and potential to make a significant impact in the industry.
