For diplomatic reasons, FG drops charges against Gambaryan, a Binance executive.
Tigran Gambaryan, a Binance Holdings executive who has been on trial for money laundering, has had all of his allegations against him withdrawn by the federal government.
This was confirmed to BusinessDay on Wednesday morning by Ekene Iheanacho, Counsel to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).He said that Gambaryan’s health had gotten worse and that the charges had been dismissed due to “diplomatic issues.”
