WorkNigeria is recruiting an experienced professional on behalf of its client to oversee the operations and training delivery of an Aquaculture Academy in Ilorin, Kwara State.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage daily academy operations and training programmes.
🔹 Coordinate curriculum development, facilitators and programme logistics.
🔹 Oversee learner assessments, certification and performance evaluation.
🔹 Manage budgets, resources and training quality.
Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
💼 At least 8 years of experience in training operations, academy management or learning and development.
✅ Experience managing training programmes, teams, logistics and budgets.
➕ Aquaculture or agricultural-sector experience is strongly preferred.
