Customer Service/Social Media Manager
Minimum 1-2 years in a similar capacity
- Salary: ₦150,000
- Location: Abuja
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (customer service, social media, or sales).
- Proven experience in social media management, customer service, and sales (ideally in a digital environment).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and mentions.
- Develop strategies to grow brand presence and engagement online.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, etc.
- Promote products/services to potential customers through online platforms and direct communication.
- Nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales through follow-ups and personalized outreach.
