Job role: Regional Sales Manager
A Manufacturing Company in Nigeria seeking to expand its footprints in Nigeria is urgently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive its Tissues and Hygiene Products business in Abuja, Nigeria.
Key Requirements :
1. Minimum of 7 years FMCG experience preferably in the sales of Tissue and Hygiene Products. 2. BSC / HND + MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
3. Strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Sales Representatives towards achieving business targets.
4. Experienced in recruiting, onboarding and providing support to channel partners in General and Modern Trade. 5. Expert knowledge of Abuja sales territory is critical for this role.
6. Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
