Job Summary
We are currently seeking a compassionate and efficient Customer Care Officer to join our team and enhance the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival.
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate information.
Provide support with appointment scheduling, billing queries, and general hospital services.
Liaise between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain patient confidentiality in line with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Handle patient feedback, including compliments and complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Assist in managing patient flow in the reception and waiting areas.
Support other administrative functions as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally in healthcare or a hospital setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Problem-solving skills with a patient-first mindset.
Familiarity with hospital management systems and basic computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

N80,000 – N200,000 / month.

A Medical Laboratory Degree from a reputable University
Membership of the Medical Lab Science Council of Nigeria is mandatory
Current certificate of practice
Bias for Hematology
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in laboratory practice
Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Must reside in Enugu.
