Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the position applied for.
- At least an SSCE certificate.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- For cooks: Comprehensive knowledge of both local and continental dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cooks: Prepare high-quality meals, maintain food safety standards, and create menus that balance variety and consistency.
- Kitchen Assistants: Assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and support the cooks as required.
- Waiters/Waitresses: Serve customers professionally, take orders accurately, and ensure excellent dining experiences.
