The party urged the public to disregard the list entirely.

In a statement released on Sunday by its Publicity Secretary, Oyefusi Adedamola, the AAC clarified that the list did not originate from any recognized congress, party structure, or legitimate democratic process.

According to the statement, “We urge party members, supporters, the media, and the public to completely disregard such publications, as they did not originate from any recognised congress, party organ, or legitimate democratic process.”

The party clarified that the only valid leadership is the one elected during its State Congress held on November 22 in Ilesa, which it said involved broad ward and local government representation across the state.

“The only lawful and validly constituted SWC of AAC Osun State is the leadership democratically elected at the State Congress held on November 22 in Ilesa,” the statement added.

The AAC released the official list of duly elected members, with Olatunji Joshua from Atakunmosa East emerging as State Chairman.

Other officers include; “Olaniyan Ridwan as Deputy Chairman (Osun Central), Azeez Wasiu as Deputy Chairman (Osun East), and Faluyi Olufemi as Deputy Chairman (Osun West).”

Also elected were; “Oni Habeeb A. as State Secretary, Raufu Sodiq A. as Organising Secretary, and Oyefusi Adedamola as Publicity Secretary.”

The Treasurer is Ogunfeyitmi Funke, while Ajilore Olusoji serves as Financial Secretary and Adeyemi Sunday Ajibade as Auditor.

The Women Leader is Ajiboye Opeyemi Mariam, with Folorunso Gbenga taking the position of Youth Leader, completing the newly constituted committee.

The party advised the public to verify information only through official AAC communication channels and to report any misleading material to appropriate authorities.

“AAC Osun State remains committed to transparency, internal democracy, and building a structure that truly represents the aspirations of our members and the good people of Osun State,” the statement concluded.
