The Presidency on Wednesday accused former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi, of spreading falsehoods in his criticism of President Bola Tinubu’s government.

Daniel Bwala, Special Adviser to the President on Policy Communication, made the statement during an appearance on Channels TV.
He condemned what he described as unconstructive criticism from opposition leaders, stating that Obi’s allegations consistently fail to withstand forensic scrutiny.
He said, “Opposition cannot come here and talk about malnutrition, you know why? They don’t have the ideas.
“Till today, the opposition has not come up with any policy issues to say President Tinubu is wrong, this is how it should be.
“Listening to them, the person, who came close in discussing policy is Peter Obi.
“Unfortunately, Peter Obi is doing ‘catch and carry.’ Whenever you subject what he says to forensic analysis, it always comes out as falsehood.”
