Senator Jimoh Ibrahim has filed a lawsuit at the Federal High Court in Abuja, seeking to annul the APC’s primary election in Ondo State held on April 20. He aims to void the nomination of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa as the party’s gubernatorial candidate for the November 16 election. The lawsuit names the APC, Governor Aiyedatiwa, and INEC as defendants. Ibrahim alleges irregularities in the primary election and claims violations of constitutional and electoral laws.
