Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has revealed why he chooses not to block online trolls, despite the constant wave of negative comments he receives.
Posting on his official X account, the award-winning artist and father of five explained that he intentionally refrains from blocking his critics because he wants them to witness his ongoing growth and success.
According to Davido, blocking them would only deny them the opportunity to see how far he’s come—both in his career and personal life.
“Me I no dey block, I wan make you dey see my doings, but I go curse your papa,” he said.
The singer further clarified that while he has no problem with people monitoring his moves, he will not hesitate to strongly clap back at those who cross the line with their attacks.
Davido’s response has since stirred mixed reactions online, with many fans praising his confidence and resilience, while others noted that the star continues to attract attention not just for his music but also for his witty social media comebacks.
