Popular social media personality Speed Darlington has finally been granted bail by the Nigerian court. Although the bail terms are not specified yet, the announcement of his bail came through his lawyer, Stan Anieke, on Instagram.
Darlington has been in police detention in Imo State for three weeks over allegations of defaming Afro superstar Burna Boy on his connections to the embattled P.Diddy.
Burna recently made the news by becoming the first African with one billion streams on two albums each, while setting records on getting his sixth Grammy nomination.
