ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- HND or B.Sc. in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales, with up to 2 years in a sell-in and distributor management role.
- Proven track record in primary sales delivery, distributor management, and new product launches.
- Strong knowledge of Route-to-Market (RTM) execution and inventory management.
- Experience with DMS/SFA tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
