Job Summary
We are seeking motivated, results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic field sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting MTN products and services, achieving sales targets, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell MTN products and services in assigned locations
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
Submit regular sales and activity reports
Requirements
HND/BSc in Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline
Proven experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused
Target-driven with a high level of self-motivation
Basic computer literacy
Ownership of a smartphone is required
