Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer

Salary Range: ₦600,000 net
About the role
Grow the bank’s deposit base by acquiring and managing customers for savings, current,
and fixed deposit products, while delivering excellent service and retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new deposit customers (SMEs, individuals, corporations,
associations).
* Drive deposit campaigns, product pitches, and market activations.
* Manage portfolio: customer onboarding, documentation, account funding, and
retention.
* Build relationships with high-value customers and handle inquiries/escalations.
* Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly/monthly performance reports.
* Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal processes.
* Collaborate with branch/service teams to ensure smooth account operations.
Requirements
* HND/BSc in any related discipline.
* 3-5 years experience in sales/deposit mobilization (banking experience required).
* Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
