Nigerian dancer and entertainer Iweh Odinaka, popularly known as Poco Lee, has been charged with five sexual offences in the United Kingdom.
The charges were confirmed by Snaresbrook Crown Court in London, according to Arise News.
Poco Lee is facing one count of attempted rape, two counts of rape and two counts of assault by penetration.
James Baker, an Administrative Team Leader at Snaresbrook Crown Court, reportedly confirmed the charges in correspondence with Nigerian media.
The case has been listed for a plea and trial preparation hearing on September 15, 2026, when Poco Lee is expected to enter his plea.
The court has also imposed reporting restrictions to protect the identity of the complainant, in accordance with the UK’s Sexual Offences Amendment Act 1992.
The development follows earlier reports that the dancer was under investigation by UK authorities over allegations relating to sexual offences.
However, the charges remain allegations, and Poco Lee is presumed innocent unless and until he is proven guilty by a court of law.
