Bread has remained a staple food consumed by most Nigerians Nationwide, including western world. It has grown tobe one of the most popoular food options. Which can be served with various options like beans, tea etc.
This statement is coming from NAFDAC as the warned bakeries to stop usining saccharine and bromate in bread production, the also added that those caught would be closed down and arrested.
The Professional Bakers Association of Nigeria , PBAN has come out to challenge NAFDAC stating that thier breads are safe and NAFDAC should consider going after the quacks, adding that their bread are of High quality and standard.
