On Good Friday, suspected murderous herdsmen yet again attacked the Gbagir community in Ukum Local Government Area, Benue state aiming to kill people on their way to church.
At least ten people were reportedly killed and numerous others were injured in the attack.

The attackers, who were allegedly carrying AK-47 rifles, broke into the town early on Friday morning as residents were heading to the local church, according to a local source.
