Jude Okoye was granted N100M bail after facing charges for alleged 1.3bn fraud.
Jude Okoye, the former manager of the defunct music group Pquare has been granted bail by the Federal High Court in Lagos amid allegations of significant fraud. He faces charges from the Economic and Financial Crimes for allegedly laundering N1.38billion.
A court has granted bail to Jude Okoye after he spent a few days in detention over allegations of laundering N1.38 billion. The court set his bail at N100million, requiring two sureties with landed properties in Lagos of equal value.
Additionally, Okoye is prohibited from travelling outside Nigeria without court approval and will remain in custody until he meets the bail conditions.
Paul Okoye also known as Rudeboy has publicly supported Jude Okoye during this legal ordeal suggesting that their brother Peter is behind the EFCC’s involvement.
