‘Morayo’ Fails to Hold on Billboard 200, Fans Weigh In
Singer Ayodeji, also known as Wizkid has started receiving some online backlash from his rival’s fans the 30bg following the lastest development surrounding his new album Marayo.
If you recall, Wizkid released his Sixth Studio album Marayo on November 22nd, 2024 which has 16 tracks in it and he featured five artist namely Asake, Brent, Faiyaz, Jazmine Anais, Cardot and Tiakola. In the first week, Marayo generated over 100m streams on Spotify Nigeria and even debuted at no 98 on the Billboard 200.
Famous verified music blogs on x in a viral tweet said that the new album has not been spotted on the Billboard 200 after just one week of charting.
